We will be using the Individual Report forms as a way of tracking the volunteer hours so you will not need to report the hours twice this year.
The challenge starts on Monday, August 27th and ends on Friday, April 26th at 5pm.
This form is for anyone in the Big Rapids area that is looking for volunteers for their agency. Please fill out the following information on the form and we will post the information on our website and forward your information to Ferris students.
