Registered Student Organization Handbook

The RSO Handbook provides a complete guide to our policies and guidelines. 


Campus Posting Policy - 

RSOs, University offices/departments, and non-profit organizations are allowed to do a poster distribution in different buildings around campus or have flyers put into the RSO mailboxes.

Campus Posting/RSO Mailbox Work Order

RSOs are required to complete this form for any fundraising activity whether it is on or off campus. If your RSO would like to have a table in the Rankin Atrium or IRC Connector, you will need to complete this form before submitting a Room Reservation Form with the Rankin Stud

Event Registration Form - All RSOs need to fill out this form in order to have any special event or table outside.

The North, South, and West Quads are available for anyone to use to advertise an event or organization. Space is limited and to reserve equipment, form needs to be turned in at least two weeks in advance.
